Starting therapy can be a vulnerable experience so finding the right support and being comfortable with someone is key. During our time together, we will work to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where you are able to explore yourself, your life experiences, your needs, your goals, and the things that have impacted your ability to find peace within these. With this understanding of self, we will work together to empower you by building tools and support to effectively meet your needs.
I am an integrated therapist, in that I am qualified to assess and treat a variety of mental health concerns. I use techniques from numerous modalities as a way to create an individualized plan that will be encompassing to your needs. I do specialize in working with complex trauma, neurodivergence, dissociative issues, depression, anxiety, LGBTQIA2S+, chronic illness, and couples work.
I am licensed as a Clinical Social Worker and have had the pleasure of practicing mental health therapy in Las Vegas, Nevada since 2016. Through my own journey, I found a passion to help others that have gone through their own life's challenges, to help them see their value and find peace within themselves.

*What should I expect when I start?
I will conduct a mental health assessment when we first meet in which I will ask questions regarding your history of and current symptoms to gain an understanding of your individual needs and to assess for treatment needs. After we have completed the initial assessment and agree to further engagement in services, we will begin sessions and create a treatment plan that we will work from. Once this is completed, we are able to move forward in the direction we decided together. Please try not worry about knowing were to start because I will guide you during the entire process!

*What is the "Good Faith Estimate (GFE)?" Where can I find a copy of your GFE?
Effective January 1, 2022, the “No Surprises Act” is a federal rule to protect consumers from surprise health care bills in which health care provider must, provide a good faith estimate (GFE) of expected charges that may be billed for items and services to individuals who are uninsured or who are self-pay. The GFE shows the costs of items and services that are reasonably expected for your health care needs for an item or service. The estimate is based on information known at the time the estimate was created. Please click here for a copy of Blooming Minds, LLC's GFE template:
